| 摘 要： | 本文将协调度模型应用到城市土地集约利用研究中,首先介绍了协调度、协调发展度的基本原理以及评价城市土地集约利用的综合指标,然后介绍了城市土地集约利用评价的基本流程,并以海南省为例,将协调度模型应用到海南省集约用地评价中,得出海南省土地投入产出水平和土地利用程度的和谐程度及集约度,分析出1997～2004年海南省的集约用地水平,最后分析该模型应用于城市土地集约利用中的利弊。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a coordination degree model is used in the research of intensified utilization and evaluation of urban land.At the first,the author introduces the basic elements of coordination degree and coordinated development degree,and the compositive index in assessing intensified utilization of urban land,and then sets forth the basic process of intensified utilization and evaluation of urban land.And then Regarding Hainan as study example,this dissertation expatiates the intensified utilization and evaluation of Hainan which based on coordination degree model,results the coordination degree between land input-output level and land utilization efficiency and intensive degree,analyzes the intensified utilization level from 1997 to 2004.Finally,this dissertation brings forward some advantages and disadvantages. |
