摘    要:深海半潜浮式生产平台FPU(floating production unit)是国际海洋油气资源开发的关键基础性装备。针对半潜浮式生产平台的技术特点,系统阐述其各方面特性(包括:总布置、系泊和立管、水动力性能、结构设计与分析等)及相关研究现状和未来发展趋势。并结合我国南海地理、水文和资源环境等特点,对未来半潜浮式生产平台的开发提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The research and development of floating production unit (FPU) is of strategic importance to oil and gas exploration in South China Sea and the sustainable development of China. Semi-submersible FPU is one of the most popular platforms adopted for deep water oil and gas exploration over the world. Owing to its unique characteristics and performance, we systematically introduce and analyze the key researches and developments of semi submersible FPU over the past two decades, including general arrangement, global hydrodynamic performance, structural design and analyses, station-keeping and riser systems, etc. The future trend is also discussed in this paper. Based on previous research and development experiences, together with the background of geophysical, oil and gas reserves in South China Sea, we offer some suggestions on the future research and development of semi-submersible FPU for offshore oil and gas exploration.
