摘    要:在总结前人研究成果的基础上引入遗传算法。该算法是一种改进后的客观确权法,它避免了其他客观分析方法的限制性因素,通过设定不同的目标,不断优化对数据集的拟合,找到因素之间的相互关系以及权重排序。遗传算法能够挖掘出同一地块的最优权重组合,发现单一因素对地价高低的影响变化趋势,从而划分因素所属的类型。实例验证了该方法的可行性和科学性,取得了很好的效果。
