| Abstract: | A calculation formula for the siltation of sediment in the intake port basin of a power plant is put forward by use of the research findings of siltation in a semi-closed port basin and the experimental study on the intake port basin of a power plant. The formula is used to calculate the siltation quantity under different intake discharges in the approach channel and the intake port basin of the power plant. |
