| 摘 要： | 本文针对黑河流域的生态环境问题,从资源经济学的观点,分析水土资源开发和社会经济发展对生态环境的影响及其相互作用关系,探讨保护生态环境与社会经济协调可持续发展的有效途径和机制,从而为黑河流域以及西北干旱区内陆河流域的综合治理提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the eco-environmental problems in Hei river valley,the authors analyze the influence of the development of soil and water resources and social-economic development on eco-environment and their interactions using the standpoints of resource economics to probe into the valid approaches and harmonious mechanism between eco-environment protection and social-economic development and to propose some policy suggestion and countermeasure for the eco-environmental recovery and remediation of Heihe River valley and other similar inland dry basins. |
