| Abstract: | In order to promote the development of land and resources information-based and innovate the working mode,We put forward the full automatically and totally inclosed method of leasing the use right of State-owned land based on the internet,while combined with online bank,CA(Certificate Authority) digital certificates and JAVA developing language,which well solves the proceeding of normal listing un- der the environment of internet. |
