| 摘 要： | 海岛旅游以其神秘性和冒险性成为大众旅游新宠，我国海岛众多，海岛旅游开发成败对区域经济发展有重大现实意义。为探讨海岛旅游开发的一般规律，以塞浦路斯旅游开发为例，在总结其巨大成就的基础上，着重介绍了近年海岛旅游开发所面临的挑战，主要包括区位条件、政治因素、游客行为、交通影响、住宿开发、CTO的作用和旅游政策实施等七个方面，并分别作出具体阐释和总结。最后，在对我国海岛旅游开发资源条件分析的基础上，参照塞浦路斯旅游业发展经验，对我国海岛旅游开发提出五点建议。

| Abstract: | Based on their nature of mysterious and adventure, island tourism is popular. For this, many islands in China, where tourism can be developed successfully, have important actual meanings to China's regional economic development. In order to probe into the common pattern, take Cyprus for example, this paper introduces the achievements challenges during development of its tourist industry and including location situation, political factors, visitor's behavior, transportation influence, accommodation development, the role of the CTO and the capability to practise policy. At the same time, seven aspects were summarized and explained in detail. Based on analysis of the resource factors in developing China's island tourism and relevant experiences of Cyprus in this regard, five points of advice have been put forward at the end of this paper. |
