| 摘 要： | 本文研究了基于GIS的城市防震减灾计算机信息管理系统的设计,阐明了系统总体设计思想,分析了系统结构设计和主要层面设计以及运行环境,该系统既可为开展城市防震减灾研究工作的工具,又可作为城市防震减灾日常管理工作的工具,及面向各级领导和社会公众宣传防震减灾知识的演播系统。

| Abstract: | In this paper, based on GIS, we researched the design of computer information management system on earthquake prevention and disaster relief of cities, and clarified the idea of the total system design as well as analyzed the design of system structure and main layer design and operation environment. The system can use for the tool of developing the research work of city earthquake prevention and disaster relief, it could also be the tool of the daily work of earthquake prevention and the studio system for propagandizing the knowledge of earthquake prevention and disaster relief to the leadership and the multitude. |
