| 摘 要： | “地质环境”(geological environment)是环境系统中的组成要素或子系统。它包括岩石圈上部的地貌，土壤，地下水，岩石，构造，矿产等地质体、地质现象和地质作用，也包括人工地质体和人为地质作用。总之，地质环境是一切影响人类生存及发展的地质因素的总和。环境地质学是研究人类活动和地质环境相互作用的科学，是地质学的一个分支，也是环境地学的组成部分，研究内容包括自然和人为引起的环境地质问题。环境地质学是地质学与环境科学结合的产物。全球环境的严重挑战给地质学提出了新的课题，国际社会对环境问题的关注、全球变化科学的出现是环境科学快速发展的根本原因。地质环境是地球环境的一部分，主要是固体地球的表层部分。要认识地质环境，必须认识地球环境系统的复杂性、地质环境的生态性、地质与环境资源的有限性、人为地质作用的巨大性、地球环境目前濒临危险的阈值等几个基本的环境地质学问题。环境地质学必须为可持续发展战略服务。

| Abstract: | Geological environment is a component or subsystem of the environment system. It consists of things in the upper part of the lithosphere, including geological bodies such as morphology, soil, groundwater, rock, structure, and mineral resources as well as geological phenomena and actions and also consists of man-made geological bodies and artificial geologic actions. In general, geological environment is a collection of all geological factors that influence existence and development of human beings. Environmental geology is a science to study mutual actions of human activities and geological environment and a branch of geology. The research contents are composed of environmental problems induced by nature and man. Environmental geology is a combination of geology and environmental science. A new mission of geology is to solve serious environmental problems. World attention to the environmental problems and the uprising of global change science promote growth of the environmental science. To make clear geological environment, we must understand complication of the Earth's environmental system, ecologic characters of the geologic environment, limitation of geological and environmental resources, influence of human geologic actions, and thresholds of the present Earth environment. Environmental geology must serve the strategy of sustainable development. |
