摘    要:生态资产供需平衡是生态——环境——经济协调发展的重要内容和关键环节。这里利用RS与GIS技术获取申扎县草地退化数据,并结合生态足迹模型分析了申扎县草地生态资产供需平衡动态变化状况。结果表明:随着草地逐渐退化,申扎县生态资产供需逐渐失衡。从1989年到2008年人均生态需求增加了26.52hm2,人均生态供给减少了10.25hm2,生态需求逐渐超过生态供给,出现生态赤字,且生态资产缺口逐渐增大。严重的草地退化和生态资产供需失衡,给藏北高原的可持续发展带来了严峻的挑战。

The study on balance of supply and demand of ecological capital of grassland in Shenzha county of Tibet based on RS and GIS

Abstract:The balance of supply and demand of ecological capital has been becoming the important content and key link of the coordinated development between the ecosystem,environmental system and economic system.The data of grassland degra-dation in Shenzha county was get on the basis of RS technique and GIS technique.The supply and demand of ecological capital was calculate and analyze by using the ecological footprint model.The results showed that the change of supply and demand of ecological capital was caused by grassland degradation in Shenzha county.The demand of ecological capital increased 26.52 hm2/cap and the supply decreased 10.26 hm2/cap from 1989 to 2008.The demand is outstripping the supply of ecological cap-ital,and the ecological deficit and gap of ecological capital is gradually increasing.The serious degradation of grassland and de-struction of balance of supply and demand of ecological capitals have seriously affected challenges to the sustainable development of the northern Tibet plateau.
