| 摘 要： | 随着业务型电子政务的出现，分布式地理信息系统应运而生。政务系统是一个各政府部门合作协调工作的系统，因此电子政务地理信息系统应该是一个集成系统。由于政府部门信息公开化要求越来越高，范围越来越大，很多政府信息需要及时甚至实时地发布到因特网上，因此系统需要是一个信息发布系统。政府职能转变，构建服务型政府，需要系统尽可能多地为大众提供服务。因此，电子政务分布式GIS，应该是分布式的、政府部门业务办公的、为公众服务的、集成的信息系统。本文探讨和勾画了这一系统的典型特征和功能蓝图，相信对电子政务中因特网GIS深度开发会有参考价值。

| Abstract: | With the emergence of electronic government, the distributed GIS appears. Since government system is the one for the coor- dination of different departments, electronic government GIS is supposed to be the integrated system and it is necessary due to the more requirements and wide range of information disclosure. The paper discusses the features and functions of this system which has great value for the further development of internet GIS. |
