| 摘 要： | 针对传统土地变更调查周期长、精度低、现势性差这一问题,提出一种基于RS GIS PDA的土地利用变更调查方法。这种方法是在外业调查前,把需要的工作底图,如遥感数据源、土地利用现状图,配准后存入PDA中,外业调查时在PDA上现场绘图、记录、更新数据库,完成变更调查工作,并以EVC3.0作为平台,利用eSuperMap5.0类库完成系统的开发,本系统已应用于某市的土地利用变更调查中,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | According to the problem in long period,low accuracy and slow updating for the land change survey,a new method based on RS GIS PDA has been brought forward.It is a method that puts the work base map,such as remote data source or land utilization status map,into PDA after the matching,draft in the field,record and update database in PDA during outside work.Taking EVC3.0 as flat roof and making use of eSuperMap 5.0 to finish system development,the system has been applied to the land utilization survey in one city with good effects. |
