| 摘 要： | 将石油专用浮箍浮鞋用于煤矿服务钻孔的下管及固井工作中，需要解决的主要问题是如何使其在泵压达到2MPa时，阀门自动打开，容许浆液通过，否则阀门始终处于关闭状态。以清水营送料孔为例，对石油浮箍浮鞋在煤矿服务钻孔下管和固井中，如何确保浮箍浮鞋在孔底顺利打开，掌握搅拌水泥浆液的时机，从而使注浆过程一次性注完以及固井过程中采用的技术措施作了详尽说明。从实际应用来看，该方法起到了简化下管和固井施工程序，节约工程成本的效果。

| Abstract: | To apply oil industry special purposed floating hoop and shoe on coalmine service borehole casing lowering and consolidation, the main issue need to be solved is how to automatically open the valve, let the slurry pass through when the pumping pressure rising to 2MPa, otherwise the valve will be in off state all along. To take the Qingshuiying supply borehole as an example, elaborated the technical measures during grouting and consolidating and how to ensure floating hoop and shoe valves open smoothly at the bottom, the key is in control of cement slurry mixing opportunity, therehy the grouting can be accomplished in one-shot. In practical application, the method can simplify casing lowering and consolidating construction steps, save engineering cost. |
