摘    要:目的探讨PH值对Fe-EDTA造影效果的影响。方法;配制PH梯度50-80的0.5和0.1mmol/L的Fe-EDTA液,观察SE序列「TR(ms)/TE(ms)200/15,2500/80」,信号变化,结果:Fe-EDTA的MR信号随PH值提高而减弱。

Abstract:Purpose To invesitigate Fe-EDTA as a potential PH-sensitive 1H MR contrastagent .Methods Solutions of Fe-EDTA in a concentration of 1 .0 and 0.5mmol/L were prepared inphosphate bufferd isotonic saline The PH of the solutions was adjusted to specific values rangedfrom PH 5.0 to 8.0 Then,the effects of PH on MR intensity for the solution of Fe-EDTA wereobserved with 1.5 Tesla MR system using SE sequenceTR(ms)/TE(ms)200/15,2500/80],ResultsWith increasing the PH values. effect of paramagnetic enhancemert of Fe-EDTA was decreasedcorrespondigly,Conclusion The contrast effect of Fe-EDTA is closely PH-dependert. It may beuseful for early detection of local acid-base disturbance
