摘    要:研究了应用MODIS数据,采用与植被物种无关的GVMI指数模型反演出植被水含量指标EWT,并以气象局发布的实际温度降雨数据和旱灾报告验证了植被水含量与旱灾的相关性。

Abstract:The GVMI index model is studied using the MODIS data to get the EWT(equivalent water thickness) index which expressed the water content of vegetation,and the correlation between water content of vegetation and state of drought with temperature and rainfall data reported by CMA is verified(China Meteorological Administration).This proved that the GVMI modal and MODIS data can be used to monitoring the drought in the region of China.
