| 摘 要： | 社会环境中的犯罪风险无处不在,监测和评估不同地点的犯罪风险有利于优化警务资源,提高公安机关打击和防控犯罪能力。如何衡量犯罪风险在地理空间的分布,成为公安机关亟待解决的难题。本文以真实案件数据,基于风险地形建模方法,验证了基于风险地形建模的犯罪风险评估的可靠性,并以2015年全年台北市住宅盗窃案件为例,通过风险地形建模、回归分析等统计分析方法,对住宅盗窃案件相关的因素创建加权风险地图,绘制犯罪风险地图。通过2016年第一季度台北市实际发生的住宅盗窃案件评估,验证了该模型具有优异的效能,可满足实战应用的需求。

The Application of Risk Terrain Model in Risk Assessment of Crime |

| Abstract: | Monitoring and assessing the risk of crime in different locations will help to optimize the deployment of police resources and improve the public security organs to combat and prevent and control crime.How to measure the distribution of crime risk in the geographical space has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently by public security organs.Based on criminal records and risk terrain modeling,this paper verifies the reliability of the model.On the basis of risk terrain model,regression analysis and criminal records of residential burglary in 2015,this paper predicts the risk of crime and draws risk map of crime.Finally,the weighted risk map is compared with the distribution of residential burglary for the first quarter 2016,which tests the model has an excellent performance in line with the needs of policing practical applications. |
