| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加速和房地产行业规模的激增,关于房产测绘时共用面积分摊的问题逐渐凸显。本文针对复杂的多功能房屋共有建筑面积分摊问题,运用现有的房产共有建筑面积分摊模型进行了初步分析。
