油水井套管损坏的地质因素综合研究

摘    要:套管损坏一直是影响油田正常生产的严重干扰因素.其中地质因素是导致套管损坏的内在因素.塑性岩层发育段、断层破碎带等地质环境和地震、地层沉降等地质活动中易造成油水井的套管损坏。研究了套管损坏与盐类岩层及泥质岩的蠕变、滑移的关系;并从地应力变化的角度分析了构造因素如地层倾角和断层等对套管损坏的影响;还研究了地震和地层沉降等自然诱发因素,分析了高压注水和油层出砂等工程诱发因素对套管损坏的影响。

Abstract:Casing damage always affects normal production in oil fields. Casing damage is incurred by the nature of the rocks, such as plastic rocks and fault breccias, and by geologic movement such as land subsiding and earthquake. The Geological factors are intrinsic causes resulting in casing damage. This study focus on the relationship between casing damage and creep deformation of salt rocks or argillaceous rocks around casing, and on the geological structure of the strata, including obliquity and faults. Engineering derivational factors including high pressure waterflood and sand production in oil well are concerned.
