摘    要:本文介绍了短波时号异常现象的存在,短波异常时号产生的机理、特性及规律,及其导致短波传递时延增大的幅度。从而分析了短波时号异常对高精度天文经度测定的影响,在相应的观测实施中,收录无线电时号应采取的有效措施。

Abstract:: In this paper, the authors point out the existence of shortwave time-signal anomaly (STSA) of the order of 10-2 second. This phenomenon leads to an increase in shortwave propagation time delay (SPTD). Based on the data analysis of experiments with short-ware time-signal emitting, propagating and receiving, the mechanism behend STSA, its character and regularity are studied, thereby the influence of STSA on the measurement of high-precision astronomical longitude can be analysed. Effective measures for reducing this influence by way of observational arrangements are proposed, emphasis is placed on the timing of time-signal receiving. A method for judging whether there exits STSA is presented. The authors deem that a new kind of time-signal receiving equipment should be adopted
