太行山地区典型森林类型空气细菌含量变化研究

摘    要:为了解太行山森林景区空气细菌含量及其分布变化特点,选择该地区的4种典型森林群落,通过自然沉降法对空气细菌含量进行测定,研究了不同森林类型及不同海拔高度下各个森林类型中空气细菌含量及与影响其含量的因素之间(空气负离子、PM_(2.5)及PM_(10)等指标)的相互关系。试验结果表明:1)太行山4种森林空气细菌含量属清洁级,不同森林之间空气细菌含量差异显著:栓皮栎林空气细菌含量混交林的侧柏林的刺槐林的,乔木林的灌木林的草本群落的,植被地的裸露地的。2)空气细菌含量与海拔高度呈负相关关系,随海拔高度的增加而减少,细菌含量总体分布表现为山顶的山腰的山脚的。3)同一采样点上,空气细菌含量近地面处含量最大,与采样垂直高度呈负相关关系,具体表现为150 cm的60 cm的20 cm的,采样位置离地面越高,细菌含量越少。4)空气细菌含量与空气负离子数负相关,与PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)含量正相关。空气细菌含量随着PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)含量增大而升高,随负离子浓度的增加而减少。

Abstract:To understand the content and distribution variation characteristics of airborne bacterial in forest scenic spot of Taihang mountain, 4 typical forest communities were chosed, natural sedimentation method was used to measure airborne bacteria content, and its relationship with the influencing factors (air negative ion, PM2.5, PM10 etc.) at different altitude in each forest in Taihang mountain were studied. The results showed as follows. 1)The air quality was at clear level in Taihang forest scenic spot, showed significant difference in different forest type: the airborne bacteria content is in ascending order as Quercus variabilis, mixed forest, Platycladus orientalis, Robinia pseudoacacia, in ascending order as arboreous forest, shrub forest, herb community, and in ascending order as vegetation land, bare land. 2)The airborne bacteria content was negatively correlated with altitude. The higher the altitude, the lower the bacterial content, the total bacterial distribution was in ascending order in peak, mountainside and the foot of mountain. 3)At the same sampling site, the airborne bacteria content was the highest near ground, showed negative correlation with the height of vertical sampling site, which is less at 150 cm, then 60 cm, most at 20 cm. The higher the sampling position is, the less the bacteria content is. 4)There was a significant negative correlation between the airborne bacteria and air negative ion, significant positive correlation between airborne bacteria and PM2.5, PM10. Airborne bacterial content increased with the increasing of PM10 and PM2.5 content, and decreased with the increasing of negative ion concent.
