摘    要:针对可持续发展定量评价问题,该文提出了将具有空间分析优势的GIS技术与具有定量分析特色的生态足迹理论相结合的方法,并将该方法用于江西省可持续发展评价。文章利用1990年、2000年、2008年3个时期的统计数据与空间信息数据,分别从全区域与其子区域两个层次,计算了生态足迹、生态承载力与生态赤字(盈余)。分析表明,江西省在3个时期均出现了生态赤字,且持续增大,全流域的可持续性向不利的方向发展。在各子区域中,可持续发展水平较差的区域有新余市、萍乡市;较好的区域有赣州市、上饶市。空间分布方面,可持续发展水平较高的区域主要分布在南部与东部,较低的区域主要分布中部与东北部。

Abstract:According to the problem of sustainable development quantitative evaluation,a method that combining the GIS technology which is good at spatial analysis and ecological footprint theory with characteristics of quantitative analysis was put forward in this paper.And this method was used to evaluate sustainable development in Jiangxi Province.Using the statistic data and spatial information data of three periods of 1990,2000,2008,the ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity and ecological deficit or surplus from across the region and its sub-regional levels respectively were calculated in this paper.Analysis showed that Jiangxi Province had increasing ecological deficit in all three periods,which was unfavorable for the sustainability of the whole basin.In each sub-region,Xinyu and Pingxiang City had the poor level of sustainable development;whereas Ganzhou and Shangrao City was better.In terms of spatial distribution,a high level of sustainable development of the area was mainly distributed in the south and east,and the lower level of sustainable development was mainly in the central and northeast area.
