摘    要:盾构切削桩基下穿建筑物群时对地表建筑物的安全有着重大的影响,传统的测量方法已不能满足其工程的需求,文中以深圳市地铁9号线大剧院站—鹿丹村站区间盾构下穿滨苑小区9~13号楼施工为例,对沿线建筑物实施自动化监测。首先介绍工程穿越建筑物群的情况,根据对施工风险的分析和评价以及现场实际情况,制定整套详细的自动化监测实施方案。当盾构穿越后,对变形数据进行分析,同时总结针对盾构下穿建筑群时自动化监测技术实施要点。

Abstract:Shield cutting pile foundation through the buildings has a significant impact on the safety of the building surface.Traditional measurement can not meet the needs of the project.This paper takes Waterfront Garden District 9~13 as an example,which is under construction on Shenzhen Metro Line 9 between Grand Theater station and Ludan Village station,and applies auto-monitor system,The paper introduces the situation of project crossing the building groups.According to the analysis and evaluation of the construction risk and the actual situation of the site,a whole set of detailed implementation plan of automatic monitoring is developed.After the shield tunneling,the deformation data are analyzed,and the key points of the automatic monitoring technology for shield tunneling are summarized.
