摘    要:针对地理国情信息提取中出现的点与区属性代码漏输或输错、地表覆盖中点的文本与属性不一致、地表覆盖中点与区数目不一致、国情统计中区块与地表覆盖区块相交等若干问题进行研究,提出了点区属性统改法、属性重赋对比法、点区匹配法、区交分析法等方法。基于MapGIS平台,以含山县地理国情普查为例,对地理国情普查中出现的上述4点问题进行分析归纳,并将之与MapGIS各小功能模块结合,总结出了一套由各小功能模块组合而成的方法。实验结果表明:本文提出的方法不仅能够快速有效地解决上述4点问题,而且能够省时省力,为地理国情普查工作提供强有力的技术支持,具有较强的实用性。

Research on problems of the information extraction from geographic national conditions
Abstract:In view of the problems regarding the information extraction from geographic national conditions,which are the points and area property code leakage or mistyped,the properties inconformity of points and text in surface covering,the number inconsistent of point and area in surface covering and the block intersection of surface cover and state statistical,the paper proposes the methods which are the methods of unified modify the points and area property,of contrasting the anewed point property,of matching the point with area and of analysising the intersective block.Take Hanshan geographic national conditions survey based on the MapGIS for example,the above four questions appearing in geographic national conditions are analyzed and summarized,and combined with MapGIS each small function module.Finally,a set of methods by a combination of each function module is summarized.Experimental results show that the proposed method can not only quickly and effectively solve the above four problems,and can be less labor and time,which also provides a strong technical support for the geographic national conditions survey with a strong practicability.
