| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种基于"规则"的空间数据组织模式。要素规则从几何和属性两个方面控制空间数据的质量和逻辑;拓扑规则将地理要素与要素之间的拓扑关系独立出来,增加了空间数据使用的灵活性;应用规则主要针对用户访问空间数据时的透明度和安全性等问题。
