| Abstract: | This paper analyses and summarises the problems needed to be solved in different aided calculation for the compilation of notice to mariners based on the review of the current process in China,and therefore it discusses the key technique of designing and realizing these calculation functions of the software.The efficiency and quality are improved with this aided calculation software. |
