| 摘 要： | 本文就中国石油天然气集团公司CNPC海外业务成功运作实践，指出数字油田技术可望成为中石油在国际市场竞争中的利器.随着海外业务的快速发展，作业的国家及相关项目迅速增加，随之而来的项目管理、经营调度、生产监控等公司日常管理工作日趋复杂，相关信息往来越来越多、传递速度越来越快.与此同时，信息技术的迅猛发展，为实现企业的海量信息处理需求提供了可能，而连接海内外的数字油田建设正是提高公司核心竞争力的重要载体和手段.论述了CNODC海内外项目的信息化现状及存在问题，指出勘探开发一体化集成系统建设作为核心技术是海外数字油田的重中之重，呼吁尽快提出适合自己的高效、规避风险的与海外项目紧密连接的“海外数字油田”战略.

| Abstract: | This paper point out the edge toll in the international market competition in the technology of digital oil field can be expected to become,in company with succeeds operation on overseas business of CNPC.With the fast development of the overseas business,the country of the homework and relevant projects run up,such company's daily managements as following project management,management dispatcher,production monitoring,etc.are becoming more complicated,there is more and more exchanges of relevant information,transmit the speed faster and faster.Meanwhile,the swift and violent development of the information technology,in order to realize it is possible for the information processing demands of enterprises to offer with great capacity for liquor magnanimity,and the construction joining the digital oil field home and abroad is exactly important carrier and means which improves company's key competitiveness.Describe the information-based current situation at home and abroad and existing problem,it is the most important thing in the overseas digital oil field to indicate the integrated system of exploration and development and build key technology as the digital oil field,Appeal for putting forward the high-efficient,strategy of " overseas digital oil field " joined with the overseas project closely of evading risk of suiting oneself as soon as possible. |
