| 摘 要： | 贵州沉积型镍钼钒矿与寒武系下统牛蹄塘组黑色岩系密切相关，文章从该类型矿床的时空产出特征、沉积环境与岩相特征、赋矿层位与含矿岩系、控矿因素与富集规律、成矿物质来源特征诸方面，对其成矿地质特征进行了分析与研究，探讨了矿床成因，提出了找矿方向。

| Abstract: | Sedimentary Ni-Mo-V deposit in Guizhou has a close relationship with the black rock series ot the Niutitang Formation in Lower Cambrian. It has analyzed and studied the ore-forming geological characteristics from learning the aspects including the time and space occurring characters, sedimentary environment, lithofacies characteristics, ore-bearing horizon, ore-bearing rock series, ore-controlling factors, enriching rules,ore-forming matters sources and other aspects,and discussed metallogeny of the deposit with the prospecting direction being pointed out. |
