| 摘 要： | 针对地学数据共享的实际需求，分析通用地学元数据的构架模式与方法。由此构建的元数据框架包括3个层次，即核心元数据、模式元数据和应用领域专用元数据。结合科技部的国家科学数据网建设规范草案，定义了地学元数据的核心元数据标准，并对应用系统进行设计。研究表明，该元数据标准结构强调地学元数据的可扩展性和兼容性，可以保证现有的主要元数据标准继续使用，避免重复建设。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of requirement and technical bottleneck of geosciences data sharing, an uniform metadata architecture is designed and built up to ensure different discipline metadata standards working harmonically in the geosciences clearinghouse. The top-down hierarchy model is composed of core metadata, schema metadata and specification metadata. This system ensures many application profiles extended from the core metadata. The designed geosciences core metadata includes 8 sections, 15 compound elements and 55 basic elements, which are inherited from The National Scientific Data Sharing Core Metadata Standard Draft. According to the practical applications, geosciences metadata management system is designed. All the metadata groups are stored and managed in the XML database. They are organized by the relationship of the three-tier structure discussed above. Some of these technologies have been applied in the geosciences data clearinghouse (www.geodata.cn), which is one of the experiment units of National Science Data-Sharing Program in China. |
