| 摘 要： | 土地管理信息系统是地理信息系统的重要组成部分，把土地管理业务办公自动化与土地信息管理进行有机的结合，建设以数字化，网络化为特征的土地管理信息系统，实现土地管理各个部门办公自动化，促进土地管理的规范化，科学化，推动土地信息服务社会化。
