| 摘 要： | 笔者对300例腰椎退变病人作了CT检查,就其CT表现进行分析,探讨退变的病理变化,引起临床症状的原因,为腰椎退变提供可靠的影像学根据,对慢性腰腿痛的诊断和治疗有重要意义。
