| 摘 要： | 根据平稳正态随机过程和Ｈｉｌｂｅｒｔ变换的性质，推导了海浪局部频率及波面水质点局部速度的统计分布，以Ｐｉｅｒｓｏｎ－Ｍｏｓｃｏｗｉｔｚ谱为例进行了讨论。本文的结果为解释与海上结构物ｒｉｎｇｉｎｇ现象产生有关的海浪事件提供了一种可能的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The statistical distributions of local frequency and local velocity of surface particle of sea waves are theoretically derived based on the properties of the stationary Gaussian process and the Hilbert transform. Analyses are carried out using the spectrum as an example for the derived distributions. Results of this study can be employed as one of the theoretical bases for the explanation of ringing-associated wave events. |
