| 摘 要： | 我国东部沿海地区震害损较重，对地震预报的需求也较高。文章在对我国地震预报进行概要回顾、粗浅分析当肖地夺预报存在的主要矛盾的基础上，提出了我国东部地区地夺预报有关对策线见，认为东部沿海地区特别是大中震主尖把做好震后应急和地夺趋势早期判定放在首位，其次力争做出一定程度的有减灾实效的预报。为此，应特别重视震后早期趋势预报技术研究，注意地震信息系统建设与发挥人的作用并重，注意改进信息提取技术与对可靠现象的

| Abstract: | Earthquake losses are more serious in the coastal areas of eastern China,therefore the demands for earthquake predictions are srtonger.On the basis of briefly reviewing earthquake predictions in China and analysing the main problems existing in present earthquake predictions,this paper puts forward the ideas on the courtermeasures of earthquake predictions for eastern part of China,and points out that we should give first priority to emergency responses and early estimation of earthquake trends in eastern coastal areas,especially in moderate to large cities,then try our best to make earthquake predictions with disasters reduced effectively to a certain extent.For this reason,we should pay great attention to the research on the technologies for predicting the early trends of seismicity after the earthquake,construction of earthquake information system with emphasis on analyst review and improving information acquisition technologies with emphasis on the accumulation of phenomenology,and conducting further research on the decisions making and countermeasures of predictions. |
