摘    要:分析了我国城市户外广告的发展和管理现状 ,指出了建立城市户外广告选址定位信息系统的重要性和必要性 ,通过对影响城市户外广告选址定位因素的分析 ,提出了构建城市户外广告选址定位信息系统的思路、系统功能和系统构建框架。

Abstract:The development and present management of urban outdoor advertisement in our country are analysed and the importance and necessity of the construction of site selecting and positioning information system for urban outdoor advertisement are pointed out. The thoughts of construction of the outdoor advertisement site selecting and positioning information system , the function and the framework of the system are suggested in this paper by analysis of the factors which have bearings on the outdoor advertisement site selecting and positioning.
