| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the major weather factors influencing the daily activities such as morning exercise, fishing, food rotting, Swimming, this paper introduced the calculating methods of those Indexes and gave each index its corresponding leveled-forecast norms considering local climate features, therefore provided local people with weather guide for their daily life. |
