| 摘 要： | 对土地调查成果进行适时变更，是确保地籍成果的现势性和准确性的必要手段。如果采用传统工作方式，工作量大、时效低、费用高。本文针对双鸭山市实际情况，提出建立网络卫星定位服务系统，利用GPS进行外业数字采集，然后输入地籍数据变更终端系统，由系统自动进行变更。该技术优化了地籍管理变更工作流程，方便快捷、运行成本低廉，保证了地籍成果适时更新，具有现势性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | Make timely changes to the land survey, cadastral results is to ensure that essential instrument for education and veracity. If using the traditional methods of work, low high workload, limitations, high costs. Aiming at shuangyashan city reality, proposed the establishment of a network of satellite positioning system, field data acquisition using GPS and enter cadastral data change terminal systems, automatically changed by the system. This technology optimizes the cadastral management change workflow, convenient, low running costs, guarantees updated cadastral results, are real and operability. |
