| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前国土资源电子政务的现实需要和发展趋势，总结当前国土资源信息系统建设的关键技术，提出了基于大型全组件式地理信息系统SuperMap GIS的面向网络一体化国土资源解决方案。该解决方案成功地应用于柳州市国土资源局国土资源信息系统建设，建成了业务流程一体化、空间数据管理一体化、开发与应用一体化的大型国土资源信息系统，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current demand and the tendency of land and resources information system in E-Government and the key technologies, A network oriented and integrative solution of land and resources management information based on SuperMap GIS is brought forward in this paper. This solution has been successfully applied in the LiuZhou Bureau of Land and Resources, Guang Xi Province. The system is a very large and integrative land resources information system which integrates the multi-operation and multi-spatial-data of Liuzhou Bureau. Result shows this solution can bring us very good social and economic benefits. |
