| 摘 要： | 一般来说,持续的经济发展和城市化是相伴发生的,但是在非洲,城市化进程并没有带来相应的经济发展,非洲的快速城市化主要是由大量农村人口向城市的盲目流动导致的。文中主要针对非洲快速城市化和经济发展不同步的独特现象,具体分析了导致农村人口向城市迁移的主要原因,并总结出其对中国城市化进程的启示。

| Abstract: | Generally,sustaining economic growth is always accompanied by urbanization development.But in Africa,urbanization didn't bring corresponding economic growth.The rapid urbanization process in Africa was not the result from industrial and agricultural modernization,but the blind immigration of rural population because of unemployment.This urbanization lacked certain economic foundation and corresponding productivity as its guarantee,so it wasn't able to promote social-economic development;on the contrary,it caused a series of social problems.Chinese economy is being at the period of rapid development,and its urbanization will also undergo the progress of mass rural-urban migrations.By analyzing the urbanization in Africa,some enlightenments are gained in this paper: the correlations between cities and rural areas be coordinated,the development of the cities of large,medium and small size harmonized,tertiary industry that would create more employment opportunities for the farmers developed,and the quality of the rural labor forces improved. |
