| Abstract: | The fractal geometry theory is briefly introduced at first. And four common fractal dimension, Hausdorff dimension, box dimension, information dimension, and correlation dimension, are defined. Then the applications of the fractal theory in some branches of Human Geography as well as its geographical significance are probed into. Several examples are also given to illustrate how to apply the fractal theory to urban geography, economic geography and communication geography. |
