摘    要:我国的智能交通系统(ITS)研究正处于蓬勃发展时期,在技术实现方面,从基于单频GPS的导航向着基于CORS的精密定位导航发展;从单纯GPS导航到多传感器技术导航,再到基于GIS平台的数据采集、分析与管理、智能决策、信息处理与发布、综合调度和诱导等全方位功能的发展,收费系统从人工收费到电子收费并向GPS/GIS自动收费的方向发展,无人驾驶是智能汽车的必然发展趋势。

Abstract:China is in vigorous progress period of ITS research.As to technical accomplishment,vehicle navigation progresses from cheap single-frequency GPS point position to precise relative position based on CORS and differential GPS,from GPS-only position technique to multi-sensor navigation technique,then to all functional aspects of transportation management and controlling based on GIS platform,including data collection,analyzing and management,intelligent decisions making,information processing and releasing,comprehensive transportation scheduling or dispatching and guiding system.The public traffic charging system is on the way towards the direction of GPS/GIS automatic charging and driverless is no doubt the trend of intelligent vehicle industry.
