摘    要:用不同浓度的无机氮,以水浴和注射两种方法对正常欧鳗进行攻击,抽取其心脏血液测定电解质的变化,结果所有实验组的血氯离子均比正常组的低,下降幅度为20%~35%,"狂奔病"症欧鳗的血氯离子也比正常鱼的下降了20%~45%.警示欧鳗配合饲料蛋白质效率(PER)和给饲技术管理的重要性.

Abstract:The normal European eels were injected and waterbathed by different concentration of inorganic nitrogen. The authors drew some blood from European eels'heart and measured the variation of electrolyte in blood. It was found that chorine ion level in experimental eel's blood was lower than that of the mormal European eel's blood. The range of decreasing was 20 to 35 percent.Meanwhile, chlorine ion ievel in the eels with irritable swimming disease was lower than of the normal European eel's blood. The range of decreasing was 20 to 45 percent. So the authors infered that there was some relationship between nitrogen in water and European eel's irritable swimming disease.
