| 摘 要： | 文章针对当前城市土地在企业资产重组及用地归并，闲置土地开发与调整及土地集约化利用方面存在的一些问题，就开展开城市土地整理的内涵、程序，模式和要点问题进行了初步探讨，通过对城市土地资源进行深入加工、改造，调整及整治，促进城市土地整理的有序，合理化，科学化，以期有助于城市土地整理向纵深推进。

| Abstract: | In a transition period of land utilization from the traditional and extensive to the intensive, the behavior of urban land re_adjustment is produced which aims to improve the quality of urban land's environment and comprehensive profits. This article, according to the problems occured in the aspects of corporate capital recombination and land recombination, idle land development and arrangement and urban land intensive utilization, tries to analyse the content, process, model and key question of urban land readjustment. Through further production, reformation, arrangement of urban land resource, we can promote the urban land re_adjustment to ordernizing, reasonable and scientific and expect to push on urban land readjustment developed in depth. |
