| 摘 要： | 纯天然的土地和已投入人类劳动的土地都具有价格。土地价格是由土地总价值所决定的 ,土地总价值包括土地等效价值和土地劳动价值。土地等效价值决定土地物质价格 ,土地劳动价值决定土地资本价格。土地收益、供求关系、效用和稀缺程度等是土地价格的重要影响因素。

| Abstract: | A piece of completely natural land like a piece of land which contains human's labour, they both have price. The price of the land is determined by the total value of the land. The total value of the land comprises the equivalent value of the land and the labour value of the land. The equivalent value of the land determines the price of the land material. The labour value of the land determines the price of the land capital. Furthermore, the price of the land is influenced by some factors, such as the relation between supply and demand, scarcity and use, etc of the land. |
