| 摘 要： | 战略边疆指的是一国影响力所能达到和实际控制的地理空间范围。各国为了在新的国际竞争中占据有利地位，获取更大利益，积极拓展其战略空间。当然，由于国力、手段以及战略文化等因素的影响，美国等大国的战略边疆表现出了不同的特点。从当前和未来发展需求而言，中国也需要构建自己的战略边疆。随着中国国家利益日益纵深扩展，中国与世界特别是与周边地区国家的关系不断密切，战略边疆问题就成为推动中国和平发展的一个切入点。与和平发展的国际战略相适应，中国应该高举发展、和平、合作的旗帜，立足于和谐周边，依据国家实力、利益分布等因素构造自己的战略边疆。
