| 摘 要： | 本文研究了应用VSAT技术建立大震现场紧急通讯系统的设计和实施方案,规定了该系统应实现的功能。在此基础上,提出了建立我国未来陆地地震救灾移动卫星通讯计划,并对一些关键技术和为移动用户可能提供的通讯业务进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | When there is a large earthquake calamity or any emergency, the communication system on ground is frequently broken,and the communication in the distant district is difficult. Under this condition, we must have the reserved communication system removed rapidly to disastrous area in a short time, to assure the disastrous area communicate with the government and the reared function departments. In this paper,the designing scheme of applying VSAT technology to building a transportable urgent satellite communication system in a large earthquake area is disscussed. Based on above and the plan of establishing future land mobile satellite communication systems for earthquake salvation is suggested. Meanwhile, the studies of some key technical and the communication services possible offered to the mobile users are described. |
