摘    要:疟疾是一种具有复杂地理空间分布特征的地方性疾病,研究疟疾的空间格局,掌握疟疾发病的时空演化规律,为疟疾的防治提供科学决策具有十分重要的科学意义。本文以湖南省105个市、县级行政区1983~1992年疟疾发病的历史资料为例,运用空间自相关分析方法对湖南省疟疾发病的空间格局和时空演化规律进行分析、探测和识别。研究结果表明:湖南省各市县疟疾发病地域差异明显,整体呈现"南高北低"的空间格局,且主要集中在湘南和湘中经济相对落后的地区。在这期间,湖南省的疟疾发病经历了一个从"南低北高"到"南高北低"的时空演化过程。

Analysis of Spatial Pattern and Spatial-Temporal Evolution about Malaria

Abstract:Malaria is an endemic disease with complex geo-spatial distribution.The knowledge of spatial pattern and the laws of spatial-temporal evolution about the malaria can provide scientific decision-making for further prevention and treatment.For this purpose,this paper utilizes spatial autocorrelation analysis(global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation) to study spatial pattern and spatial-temporal evolution of the malaria,which is based on the incidence of the malaria in 105 administrative region of cities and counties in Hunan province from 1983 to 1992.The research results show that the region difference of malaria in Hunan Province is obvious,and the space pattern "high in the south and low in the north" appears wholly,the malaria concentrates upon the southern part and the central part of Hunan province which is relatively backward,and the incidence of malaria in Hunan province has experienced spatial and temporal evolution which was from the "high in the north and low in the south "to" high in the south and low in the north".
