| 摘 要： | 建立区域发展决策支持模型库系统(Model Base System,MBS)是提高区域发展决策水平的重要途径,在系统阐述模型库系统基本理论的基础上,从模型库系统的组成、功能、实现等方面阐述兰州经济区决策支持模型库系统框架,系统引入组件技术,探讨了兰州经济区决策支持模型库系统具体实现途径。
