锂离子动力电池产业技术发展态势分析及对策

摘    要:通过对全球及中国锂离子电池专利年度分布、地域分布、技术分布、主要竞争对手、核心专利等方面进行研究,对锂离子动力电池发表论文与申请专利情况进行协同性分析,对产业政策的出台及锂离子动力电池产业发展情况进行相关性分析,考察动力电池技术与产业的协同发展情况及产业政策对产业发展的促进作用。结果表明:锂离子动力电池的重点研究领域是电极;中国、日本、韩国、美国、德国垄断了锂离子动力电池的技术与市场;核心技术掌握在美国、日本;学科技术及产业技术几乎同步发展,技术路线呈多元化;产业政策的出台是锂离子动力电池产业快速发展的支撑;锂离子电池技术处于发展期,中、小企业具有较多发展机会。

Development Trend and Countermeasures of Lithium-ion Battery Technology Industry
Abstract:This paper comprehensively and systematically analyzed the annual distribution, geographical dis-tribution, technology distribution, main competitors and key patents of global Lithium-ion battery patent, a correla-tion analysis of published papers and patents on Lithium-ion power battery, as well as a correlation analysis on the published industrial policies and the development of Lithium-ion power battery industry have been conducted in or-der to investigate the effect of industrial policy on the promotion of industrial development. Several conclusions of Lithium-ion battery industrial development are put forward:(1) The key research field of Lithium ion power battery is the electrode. (2) The technology and market of Lithium ion battery is monopolized by China, Japan, Korea, the United States and Germany. (3) The core technology is owned by Japan and the United States. (4) Subject tech-nology and industrial technology have developed almost simultaneously, and the technical route is diversified. (5) The introduction of industrial policy is to support the rapid development of Lithium-ion power battery industry. (6) Lithium ion battery technology is in the development period, and the small and medium-sized enterprises have more opportunities to develop.
