摘    要:深圳市从1980年设立特区以来,目前已从一个边陲小镇发展成为一个拥有400万人口的现代化城市。然而,大规模的城市建设破坏了原本脆弱的地质环境,引发了众多的地质灾害。本文首先阐述了地质灾害评价与预警流程,包括数据预处理、建立模型库、危险性区划、划分预警片区、获取气象和水文临界判据、预警结果制图输出和发布6个步骤;然后给出了地质灾害评价指标体系,分析了地质灾害评价与预警模型;最后设计了深圳市地质灾害评价与预警系统的总体结构,描述了各个子系统的功能,说明了系统运行网络拓扑结构。

Abstract:Since being set as especial district in 1980,Shenzhen has been changed from an out-of-the-way town to a modem city with four million people.But mass construction has destroyed the frangible geological environment,and has caused a lot of geo-hazard.In this paper,geological hazard assessment and early-warning flow is expatiated.The six steps of the flow are data predisposal,model base construction,hazard zoning,early-warning area partition,get mete-orologic and hydrological critical criterion,and release early-warning result.Then,geological hazard assessment index is established,and geological hazard assessment and early-warning models are analyzed.At last,architecture of hazard assessment and early-warning system is designed,functions of its subsystem are described,and topological structure of system running is explained.
