| 摘 要： | 参考了美国、日本研究机构对活动断裂的划分原则，以及中国对活动断裂的划分，提出了活动断裂的两种类型，即：突发性活动断裂和蠕动性活动断裂及其差异。作者对活动断裂在地震活动中的诱发作用和缓解作用，以具体数字作了分析比较，剖析了洋壳与陆壳的地震发震率的差异性。提出了蠕动性断裂可以缓解地震活动的观点。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the divided principle for active fracture in the research organizations of American and Japanese,the author has divided the active fracture in China into two kinds of different types with the distinct divergence,i.e.the paroxysmal active fracture and the creep active fracture.The induced action and relieved action of active fracture in the seismic activity have been analyzed and compared in the concrete data in this paper,and has further analyzed the difference of earthquake-generating rate of seism in the oceanic crust and continental crust.The author indicated finally that the creep active fracture can relieve the seismic activities. |
