摘    要:在综合考虑系统功能需求、数据交换和共享、未来系统扩展、建设成本等多种因素的基础上,采用C/S与B/S相结合的模式,从系统体系结构、系统功能、数据库结构、系统运行环境、用户界面等方面对南水北调环境监测管理系统进行设计。

Abstract:Following integrated consideration of system's functional requirements and data exchange and sharing prospective extend and construct cost and so on,the paper designed the management system for environmental monitoring of South-to-North Water Transfer combined C/S and B/S mode,which involved system framework and function and database architecture and execution environment etc.
